I wasn't quite sure if The University of Pittsburgh had an institutional repository -- if it does, how can you access it?

I'm not certain if this necessarily equates to a institutional repository, but the library systems uses the d-scribe system to allow faculty and staff to put together and develop their own digital collections: http://proxima.library.pitt.edu/dscribe/
